Collection and Recycling Arrangements in Malta

TSI products are sold in Malta by dealers and distributors. The dealers and distributors act as the importer of the equipment into Malta. Thus the dealers and distributors have the legal responsibility to:

• » Register as the WEEE producer in Malta.
• » Provide arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from TSI products that the dealer and distributor sells in Malta.
